Mr. Freydel is employed in the Mergers and Acquisitions division of Chaffe & Associates, Inc. He specializes in database research, financial analysis, and business valuation.

Mr. Freydel graduated cum laude from Tulane University in 2006, receiving a dual Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and Sociology. He was a member of various student organizations including The National Society of Collegiate Scholars.

Mr. Freydel is a Level III candidate in the CFA Program.
