Mr. Minyard joined Chaffe & Associates, Inc. as a financial analyst in the financial institutions group in August of 2008. Prior to joining the firm, he was an investment banking analyst at Corporate Solutions Group, LLC, a New York based investment bank that specialized in ESOP and M&A corporate advisory.

Mr. Minyard performs financial, industry and macroeconomic analyses that are used in the valuation and advising of banks and financial institutions.

Mr. Minyard earned dual Bachelor of Science degrees in Finance and Accounting from Tulane University in 2006, and a Master of Finance degree from the A.B. Freeman School of Business at Tulane University in 2007.

Mr. Minyard is a Level I candidate in the CFA Program.
